TRAX products are Warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects and covered for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair damages due to misuse or neglect. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us for replacement instructions.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, so we never share your credit card number or any other financial information with any third party. We do not share any of your information with any marketing partners. Information including your name and address, telephone number and/or email address are requested so that we can have your purchase delivered to you and so we can contact you for any clarification of your order or financial information needed to complete your purchase.

Ordering and Shipping

We will estimate a shipping date for the larger orders and inform you if that date should change. Shipping within the U.S. is shipped either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail depending on the items ordered and the destination. U.S. shipping takes two to five business days for delivery. Please contact us when expedited shipping is needed. All international shipments are shipped US Priority Mail International. Canada and Mexico shipping generally takes six to ten days. We cannot expedite international shipments.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that there are times when there will be a need to return items. Returns for standard TRAX and curtains are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except when merchandise is exchanged. For exchanged items the restocking fee is waived. Returns for custom cut TRAX and curtains are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping for returns will not be refunded. TRAX cannot accept a return or refund the following:

  • Items that have been altered or mishandled
  • Shower Curtains under 72 inches in width or length
  • Items that have been installed and show signs of installation (markings, scratches, etc)

Call or e-mail our Customer Service at (916)358-8590 and and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print the RAN on a copy of your Sales Receipt and return the receipt in the returned package. Pack in the original shipping package, if possible, or a sturdy plain cardboard box. Make sure the item(s) are secure for shipment. The package may be returned using the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to ship it back to us. Ship the package to the TRAX address on the Sales Receipt. Within two business days of when we receive the the return we will process your refund. We will send you a copy of the Return Receipt showing your refund has been processed. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-7 business days later.

Payment and other Charges

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods, plus delivery charges, plus any applicable taxes that we must collect. Payment can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards.

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this site are the property or TRAX Ceiling Shower and TRAX or the property of other third parties and used with their permission. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of TRAX, or such third party, which may own the Marks. Brand and product names are trademarks, registered trademarks or service marks of their respective holders.
