I purchased my first two Trax shower rods, curtains and decorative rods after seeing them in a custom condo in Charlotte, NC last year. They were really a "WOW" item in the condo and I felt they would add nice impact when I went to sell my 30+ year old home in the New Orleans area in a neighborhood where many houses had been on the market for as long as 2 years. I bought one of your shower curtains a couple of months ago and I've been been extremely happy with the product. In it's simplicity of installation and exceptional function and appearance, it's definitely one of the most perfect products I've ever purchased. I had tried traditional l-shaped shower curtain rods and they were so visually consuming that it ruined the otherwise great look of this rather small bathroom. More than just "acceptable", your shower curtain has been an excellent addition to the space, opening it up visually and providing a nice style element. The package arrived in one day (I was pleased it arrived so quickly), and I installed the L-trax next afternoon. This is a very nice system -- the track and the carriers. Nicely designed, very simple (simple is good) and secure. The carriers slide very well in the track. The curtain looks great. I had worried the curtain might be a little stark (from inside the bathtub/shower) when fully closed, but the space felt roomy and clean and airy. I didn't want to put a glass enclosure in this bathroom because the room is extremely small; this system helps the room seem bigger than it is. Thanks for your great solution.

I just received my TRAX with the Shower Curtain Liner. I love it!! It was very easy to install. We have very high ceilings and I could never find a shower curtain liner that was long enough. We were so pleased with the Trax ceiling track and shower curtain in our two bathrooms, that we ordered an additional L shaped track and curtains to be the theater curtains for the stage we installed for our granddaughters performances. The Trax curtain systems works so smoothly and is so durable that it easily withstands the dramatic treatment it gets at the hands of these young actresses. In addition,my husband and I, who are not mechanically inclined, were able to follow the directions to install the track and curtain ourselves.

I wanted to let you know you have one very satisfied customer! We have just completed a barrier free bathroom using your ceiling rod and shower curtain. The curtain glides smoothly on the track from both a standing position and from a wheelchair. The curtain dries quickly. My husband, a double below the knee amputee (service connected) loves the freedom his new bath gives him. The ability to have barrier free access is only as good as the ability to control shower splash and curtain run off. Your "solution" met our needs. Thank you.

I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the ceiling mounted shower rod and track and shower curtain. I have a tiny bathroom and couldn't afford a frameless glass enclosure for the shower. Putting in a wall to enclose the shower would have made the room seem smaller and the shower would have been like a cave. Now I can push the curtain back and the whole room is open and is visually spacious. Kudos to your responsive and helpful staff.

The shower track and curtain arrived Tuesday and I had it installed Wednesday. Thank you for your prompt response to my order. Not only did it arrive ahead of time, but nothing was missing from the package, it went up very easily, and the customized curtain fits and looks perfect. I did a bit of research before placing the order and am glad I got the TRAX system. The curtain glides very easily on the wheels in the track. For perspective, one of your competitors quoted one week on track delivery, and three weeks on the custom shower curtain. We needed it for guests expected over the Labor Day weekend.
